Our Management Team
	Peter MacKenzie - Chairman - Peter has 18 years experience in Aged Care as an owner/operator and with a teaching and construction background, is an Eden Alternative Associate, and an Eden Mentor (one of only three in Australia). He has played key roles in the development of the aged care industry including participation in the Eden in Oz Board, and directorship of a National Peak body. "Staff work with us, not for us" says Peter, "this is a real team effort. The residents drive all the issues relating to their lifestyle and we provide open and accessible management."
	Dawn MacKenzie - Consultant and Mentor - Dawn has been involved in Aged Care for over 25 years and is passionate about creating a world where residents’ lives are worth living. She is a Registered Nurse Division 1, a qualified Auditor, has qualified in Dementia Care Mapping, and is an Eden Associate. Dawn is a chapter author of “Dementia Nursing: A Guide to Practice”, and numerous articles in other Health Care Journals. Dawn says “Outcomes for the residents are significant with staff, residents and families sharing the friendship, spontaneity and happy lifestyle”.

Andy King - Managing Director - Andy is a Chartered Accountant with extensive multi-national Financial and Corporate experience. A forward thinker with keen planning skills he is key in ensuring the Group's continued expansion and development in the 21st century. An Eden Associate, Andy is proud to be working in the Aged Care industry and states "Aged Care is one of the very few industries where professional people can have such a direct, positive impact on people and their quality of life".

Michael Isaac - General Manager, Queensland - Michael is a well known and respected identity in Aged Care throughout Australia having implemented User Rights initiatives with the Dept. of Health and Ageing, been CEO of Aged Care Queensland and the driving force in bringing the Eden Alternative to Australia. Michael is an Eden Mentor (the second of only three in Australia) and remains focused on residents' rights, freedoms and independence. Michael says “The key to the future of services for older people is to discover their expectations and exceed them, not just occasionally but every time”.

Sarah MacKenzie - General Manager, Victoria - Sarah is a qualified Social Worker, and an Eden Alternative Associate and Trainer. She has performed Culture Change and Eden Alternative training in Australia, UK, USA and Puerto Rico and is an Eden Associate Trainer in Australia. Sarah provides culture change consulting and training to many aged care organisations in Australia. Sarah has trained in the USA under the personal tutelage of Dr Bill Thomas (founder of the Eden Alternative) and has been responsible for all staff training and development for the organisation.

Allen Stevens - Operations Manager - Allen supports our aged care homes and retirement villages with skilled technical advice in the areas of maintenance, grounds care, catering and domestic services to help us provide the highest quality living environment. He also works alongside our architects, builders and suppliers to see that new developments match high community expectations and deliver the highest standard to those who use our services.
